We always need volunteers to act as dance chaperones, money handlers, and for general assistance throughout the year.
We’ve been so fortunate that with the help of the PTSA we’re able to collect money and coordinate events like dances and spirit activities that cultivate a sense of Wakefield Middle School spirit amongst the students and faculty. While the PTSA helps us, we’re responsible for providing our own volunteers to collect money and chaperone the events.
One of our biggest challenges is finding parents who are willing to come in during lunch the week prior to an event in order to help sell tickets. If you think you’d be able to help out, even for just one of the days, we’d greatly appreciate it! Without parent volunteers we’re unable to collect money and sell tickets for our events.
