Pasta for Pennies 2009
We raised over $7,000 for the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The two winning classes were Ms. Crosse and Ms. Callaghan’s fourth periods. They enjoyed a great Olive Garden lunch and free tickets to the Winter Wonderland dance. Great job Wakefield!

WMS FALL BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT

Tennis Ball Bonanza
The 2008 Tennis Ball Bonanza collected over 4,000 tennis balls! Ms. Ainslie’s class won the competition with an average of 41.18 tennis balls per student. Congratulations, and I hope you enjoy your Bojangles and Bagels breakfast! Thanks to all of the classes who participated!

2009 Wakefield Community Cleanup
On a brisk September morning more than 30 students showed up and helped clean up the Wakefield Middle School community.
